1.Vorbehaltlich und unbeschadet aller anderen Geschäftsbedingungen steht das Angebot Kunden von PU Prime zur Verfügung, die die Zulassungskriterien für das Angebot erfüllt haben ("zugelassene Kunden"), wie in den folgenden Abschnitten dargelegt.

2.The “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion”.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion”, including, without limitation:

a.Familienmitglieder wie Brüder, Schwestern, Ehegatten, Vorfahren, Nachkommen in gerader Linie und Nachkommen in Seitenlinie;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “$50 Trade Loss Voucher Reviews Promotion” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

2.Promotion areas: All countries open for registration, except for Vietnam, India, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Pakistan, Egypt, Indonesia, Nigeria and/or other prohibited jurisdictions as per the discretion of the Company.

3.Promotion Bonus amount: $50 USD (or equivalent) Trade Loss Vouchers ($5 USD x 10).

4.Eligible Clients: New and existing PU Prime APP user.

5.Eligible account type: This offer is ONLY eligible for Standard Account and Islamic Standard Account both in MT4/MT5.

* If the client does not have any of these account types, they may apply for an additional Standard Account or Islamic Standard Account to participate in this promotion.

6.If a client has multiple Standard Accounts, he/she can select any Standard Account to use each time he/she uses the Trade Loss Voucher(s).

7.Only selected Clients who completed the specific requirements regarding PU Prime‘s reviews will receive the $5 USD x 10 Trade Loss Voucher(s) through APP (without deposit or trading requirement).

8.The voucher's validity is 30 days. Any unused vouchers will become unavailable upon expiration date with no extension given.

9.The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

10.TRADE LOSS VOUCHER

a.Clients can find their Trade Loss Voucher(s) in PU Prime APP only, within their Profile - Coupon page, under “Vouchers” tab.
b.This promotion consists of a total of 10 Trade Loss Voucher(s), each worth $5 USD.
c.To use the Trade Loss Voucher(s), clients will have to tap the voucher and select one of the orders from the list that the client intends to act on. The trading loss of the selected order will be offset according to the value of the Trade Loss Voucher selected.
d.The offset trading loss amount of the selected order will be reflected under the “Balance” within 24 hours after the utilisation of the Trade Loss voucher(s).
e.The Trade Loss Voucher(s) can only be used on trades that are closed and each order can only apply one Trade Loss Voucher.
f.Only orders executed within the past 30 days are eligible for voucher redemption. Each order can only use a single Trade Loss Voucher. Trade Loss Voucher(s) cannot be used on Swaps, Commission and Spreads.
g.When a client is in a liquidation negative balance state:

i.Negative balance reset with Trade Loss Voucher(s) unused: The client is not allowed to use any previously acquired but unused Trade Loss Voucher(s). PU Prime will withdraw these Trade Loss Voucher(s).
ii.Negative balance reset applied with Trade Loss Voucher(s) used: PU Prime will reset the amount to 0. Trade Loss Voucher(s) amount will not be credited.

h.For this promotion, the maximum trading loss write-off is 5 units of the account base currency (e.g., 5 USD, 5 EUR, 500 JPY. For Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), we are using a multiplier of 7. Whereas for Japanese Yen (JPY), we are using a multiplier of 100.

The following conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

3.PU Prime promotions are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner that is inconsistent with their own trading strategies.

4.Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner that is consistent with their trading comfort level.

5.New Accounts are subject to approval as per PU Prime’s Account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with PU Prime.

6.PU Prime reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without providing any justification or explaining the reasons for such a decline.

7.PU Prime reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its offers or promotions if:

a.Churning (opening and closing of Forex or CFDs transaction just for the benefit of earning a benefit);
b.the client is found to be in violation of its Client Agreement or has breached the promotions Terms and Conditions. In case such misconduct or the breach, PU Prime shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.

8.The Company has the right to withdraw without prior notice the Bonus or profit gained from it, if:

a.In a case where breach of these Terms and Conditions occurs;
b.The Company has reasonable grounds to believe a misuse of the Bonus;
c.Client withdraws any amount of initial and/or any subsequent deposits without trading activity.

9.PU Prime may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify clients of these changes by posting the modified terms on the PU Prime website. Clients are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by client’s continued use of PU Prime website and services that client accepts any such modified terms. PU Prime reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.

10.PU Prime will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this promotion and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.

11.Im Falle eines Verdachts auf Lock-up- oder Hedging-Positionen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, die Ausgabe von Prämien zu verweigern oder die ausgeschütteten Prämien zurückzufordern.

12.If these Terms and Conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
