Allgemeine Bedingungen und Konditionen

1.Vorbehaltlich und unbeschadet aller anderen Geschäftsbedingungen steht das Angebot Kunden von PU Prime zur Verfügung, die die Zulassungskriterien für das Angebot erfüllt haben ("zugelassene Kunden"), wie in den folgenden Abschnitten dargelegt.

2.The “Feather Your Trades” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Feather Your Trades” to any Client(s) from any country/region, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Feather Your Trades”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Feather Your Trades” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). You cannot participate in the “Feather Your Trades” if you are a minor.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Feather Your Trades” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Feather Your Trades” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Feather Your Trades”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Feather Your Trades”, including, without limitation:

a.Familienmitglieder wie Brüder, Schwestern, Ehegatten, Vorfahren, Nachkommen in gerader Linie und Nachkommen in Seitenlinie;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Feather Your Trades”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Feather Your Trades”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Feather Your Trades”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Feather Your Trades” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

1.Promotion areas: All countries open for registration, except for Vietnam, India, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Pakistan, Egypt, Indonesia, Nigeria, Vanuatu, Zimbabwe, or Malawi and/or other prohibited jurisdictions as per the discretion of the Company.

2.Promotion Period: 15 January 2025 - 15 February 2025

3.Promotion Rewards: $30 (or equivalent) Trading Loss Vouchers ($5 x 6).

4.Eligible Clients: Both new and existing PU Prime App live account users.

5.During the promotion period, eligible clients need to register for this promotion by simply clicking the ‘Opt-In Now’ button in the Client Portal or APP promotion page of “Feather Your Trades”.

6.The $30 (or equivalent) Trading Loss Vouchers will be sent to clients from 16 February 2025 - 20 February 2025.

7.Trade Loss Vouchers are only eligible for Standard Accounts, Islamic Standard Accounts.
*Eligible account types only in MT4 / MT5 trading platforms are applicable for this promotion.

8.TRADE LOSS VOUCHER

a).“Feather Your Trades” promotion consists of a total of 6 Trade Loss vouchers, each worth $5.
b).The Trade Loss Voucher's validity is 30 days. Any unused vouchers will become unavailable upon expiration date with no extension given.
c).Clients can find their Trade Loss Voucher(s) in PU Prime APP only, within their Profile - Coupon page, under “Vouchers” tab.
d).To use the Trade-Loss voucher, clients must tap the voucher and select one of the orders from the list that the client intends to act on. The trading loss of the selected order will be offset according to the value of the Trade-Loss voucher selected.
e).The offset trading loss amount of the selected order will be reflected under the “Balance” within 24 hours after using the Trade-Loss voucher.
f).The Trade Loss Voucher can only be used on trades that are closed after the collection of the voucher and each order can only apply one Trade-Loss voucher.
g).Only orders executed within the past 30 days are eligible for voucher redemption. Each order can only use a single Trade Loss Voucher. Trade Loss Voucher(s) cannot be used on Swaps, Commission and Spreads.
h).When a client is in a liquidation negative balance state:
i.Negative balance reset with Trade Loss Voucher(s) unused: The client is not allowed to use any previously acquired but unused Trade Loss Voucher(s). PU Prime will withdraw these Trade Loss Voucher(s).
ii.Negative balance reset applied with Trade Loss Voucher(s) used: PU Prime will reset the amount to 0. Trade Loss Voucher(s) amount will not be credited.
i).The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
j).For this promotion, the maximum trading loss write-off is 5 units of the account base currency e.g., 5 USD, 5 EUR, 500 JPY. For Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), we are using a multiplier of 7. Whereas for Japanese Yen (JPY), we are using a multiplier of 100.

1.All rewards issued through this “Feather Your Trades” promotion are decided by PU Prime at its sole discretion.

2.Im Falle einer doppelten Einreichung, der Einreichung ungenauer oder gefälschter Informationen, des Verdachts auf Fehlverhalten, Betrug, Missbrauch oder Verletzung der Teilnahmebedingungen kann PU Prime nach eigenem Ermessen Belohnungen oder Werbeanreize stornieren, modifizieren oder rückgängig machen und jedem Teilnehmer die Teilnahmeberechtigung entziehen. Darüber hinaus behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, Abonnements für die Aktion oder Teilnehmer in jeder Phase der Aktion zu disqualifizieren, abzulehnen oder abzulehnen, ohne vorherige Ankündigung oder Haftung gegenüber einer Person.

3.This promotion is open to both new and existing PU Prime App clients. By participating in this promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and PU Prime’s General Terms and Conditions.

4.Mit der Eröffnung eines neuen Kontos und/oder der Teilnahme an dieser Werbeaktion bestätigt der Kunde, dass er diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und die Kundenvereinbarung von PU Prime gelesen hat und damit einverstanden ist.

5.The “Feather Your Trades” applies to all clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein.

6.PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in the “Feather Your Trades”; and disqualify any participant in the “Feather Your Trades” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

7.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue offering this “Feather Your Trades” to any of its clients without explaining the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

8.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “Feather Your Trades” or any aspect of it at any time without compensating anyone for that. Clients will be given prior notice of such changes. Please note that taking part in the “Feather Your Trades” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

9.Jedes Anzeichen oder jeder Verdacht, im alleinigen Ermessen von PU Prime, auf irgendeine Form von Arbitrage (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf risikofreies Profitieren), Missbrauch (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Handelsaktivitätsmuster des Teilnehmers, die darauf hindeuten, dass der Teilnehmer nur darauf abzielt, finanziell zu profitieren, ohne wirklich am Handel auf den Märkten und/oder am Eingehen von Marktrisiken interessiert zu sein), Betrug, Manipulation oder jede andere Form von betrügerischen oder betrügerischen Aktivitäten, macht alle durchgeführten Transaktionen und/oder die damit erzielten Gewinne oder Verluste zunichte. Unter diesen Umständen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, nach eigenem Ermessen (entweder vorübergehend oder dauerhaft) alle realen Handelskonten dieser berechtigten Kunden bei PU Prime zu schließen/auszusetzen, alle Aufträge zu stornieren und alle Gewinne dieser Teilnehmer zu annullieren. Unter diesen Umständen haftet PU Prime nicht für die Folgen der Stornierung der Aktion, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Schließung von Aufträgen durch Stop Out.

10.Taking part in the “Feather Your Trades” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on PU Prime’s website.

11.The “Feather Your Trades” is available for a limited period only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “Feather Your Trades” is mentioned to be a part of.

12.Im Falle eines Verdachts auf Lock-up- oder Hedging-Positionen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, die Ausgabe von Prämien zu verweigern oder die ausgeschütteten Prämien zurückzufordern.

13.In the event that these terms and conditions of the "Feather Your Trades" are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall take precedence in case of any conflicting interpretations.
