Allgemeine Bedingungen und Konditionen

1.Vorbehaltlich und unbeschadet aller anderen Geschäftsbedingungen steht das Angebot Kunden von PU Prime zur Verfügung, die die Zulassungskriterien für das Angebot erfüllt haben ("zugelassene Kunden"), wie in den folgenden Abschnitten dargelegt.

2.The “Japan Promotion Package” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Japan Promotion Package” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Japan Promotion Package”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Japan Promotion Package” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Japan Promotion Package”.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Japan Promotion Package” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Japan Promotion Package” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, including, without limitation:

a.Familienmitglieder wie Brüder, Schwestern, Ehegatten, Vorfahren, Nachkommen in gerader Linie und Nachkommen in Seitenlinie;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Japan Promotion Package” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

3.The NDB and 100% Deposit Bonus cannot be used at the same time.

NDB

1.Promotion component: 100 USD NDB or 15,000 Japanese Yen NDB

2.Account type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Cent Account, Islamic Cent Account.

3.Eligible Clients: new clients who opened an account through the specific account opening link.

*New clients means no previous account opening record in PU Prime

4.If clients have multiple eligible accounts, they can only select one eligible account to participate in.

5.After a client's eligible account is created, the account manager assists his/her client to apply for the NDB.

6.NDB Credit in start from: 4 July 2024
NDB Credit out: 30 days after the credit in

*Please note that NDB may take up to 24 - 48 working hours to reflect.

7.About deposit & withdrawal during the promotion:

a.IF the client made deposit during NDB trading period:
b.Deposit is not restricted. Withdrawal of deposit is also not restricted.
c.Profit can be withdraw but has limitations:
Clients need to make deposits (minimum is 50 USD (or currency equivalent)) and complete at least 1 standard lot trading volume during the NDB trading period.
*After the NDB is removed or used up, the withdrawal limitation will be cancelled.

8.AFTER THE PROMOTION PERIOD ENDS:

a.This promotion will expire 30 days after the credit in, all orders must be closed, and the client needs to apply for withdrawal before promotion ends. After promotion ends, the NDB in the account will be automatically removed. Clients must make sure they have enough margin in their account to prevent the trades from getting liquidated.
b.If the account does not have any deposit or transaction record, the bonus and balance will be automatically removed after the promotion period ends.

100% Einzahlungsbonus

1.Account type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Prime Account, Islamic Prime Account, Cent Account, Islamic Cent Account, Prime Cent Account, Islamic Prime Cent Account.

2.Eligible Clients: new and existing clients who opened an account through the specific account opening link.

*New clients means no previous account opening record in PU Prime

3.Only a new deposit during the 100% Deposit Bonus period can apply for the credit bonus. A new deposit does not include the funds transfer between the accounts that are under the same name (internal transfer), refer-a-friend bonuses, and cash adjustments.

4.If there are multiple trading accounts under the same client’s name, all eligible trading accounts can participate in this promotion, and the system will count the deposit and withdrawal of the account that has received the credit bonus. Based on the client’s ID, clients with the same name account can only redeem a maximum of 10,000 USD in credit (or currency equivalent) in total. (Note: For this promotion, customers can only apply for the “100% Deposit Bonus” once, and all subsequent deposits are only calculated according to the 20% ratio).

5.Berechtigte Kunden (sowohl Neu- als auch Bestandskunden), die die hier genannten Kriterien erfüllen, können Kreditboni oder auch Handelskredite in Höhe von erhalten:

a.100% auf den Betrag ihrer ersten Einzahlung, bis zu 1.000 USD (oder den Gegenwert in einer anderen Währung), die sie auf ihr(e) Echtgeldkonto(s) (d.h. nicht auf ein Demokonto) bei PU Prime einzahlen. Der Höchstbetrag des Kreditbonus, der einem bestimmten berechtigten Kunden auf seine erste Einzahlung gewährt wird, ist auf einen Höchstbetrag von 1.000 USD (oder den Gegenwert in einer anderen Währung) in Krediten begrenzt.
b.20% auf den Betrag jeder nachfolgenden Einzahlung auf ihr(e) echtes(n) (d.h. nicht Demo) Konto(en) bei PU Prime, vorausgesetzt, dass der Höchstbetrag eines solchen Kreditbonus, der einem bestimmten berechtigten Kunden gewährt wird, auf einen Höchstbetrag von 9.000 USD (oder den Gegenwert in einer anderen Währung) begrenzt ist.
c.Der Gesamtbetrag des Bonusguthabens (oder der Bonusguthaben), der während dieser Aktion angesammelt werden kann, ist auf 10.000 USD in Guthaben (oder dem entsprechenden Währungsbetrag) pro berechtigtem Kunden festgelegt.

EUR, 1,21:1 für USD vs. GBP, 0,73:1 für USD vs. SGD, 0,63:1 für USD vs. NZD, 0,13:1 für USD vs. HKD, 1:150 für USD vs. Japanischer Yen, 1,05:1 für USD vs. CHF, und 1:100 für USD vs. USC.

d.Eligible Clients will automatically activate 100% Deposit Bonus. Clients can check within their client portal.

f.Accumulated credit bonus (es) under this promotion is valid and may be used to support the client's account margin. Eligible Clients may use their credit bonus in order to increase their margin during the promotion, when there is a loss in the client's trading account, client will lose the principal part first, and then lose the credit bonus part.
g.Der Zeitraum für den Handel mit Aktionsguthaben beträgt 365 Tage, beginnend mit dem Tag, an dem der Kunde die Aktion erfolgreich aktiviert hat. Alle Kunden können nur einmal an dieser Aktion teilnehmen und können nicht erneut an der Aktion teilnehmen, nachdem die Aktion abgelaufen ist.
h.Wenn die Aktion ausläuft, wird PU Prime alle verbleibenden Bonusguthaben, die im Rahmen dieser Aktion eingelöst wurden, ohne weitere Benachrichtigung der Kunden auf Null zurücksetzen. Die Kunden sollten daher sicherstellen, dass sie über eine ausreichende Marge auf ihrem Konto verfügen, um zu verhindern, dass die Trades liquidiert werden. Es wird weiterhin anerkannt, dass das Unternehmen nicht für geschlossene Positionen/Verluste von Geschäften/Verluste von Gewinnen oder aufgelaufenen Gewinnen und/oder für jegliche Konsequenzen, die sich aus der Pause für das/die Handelskonto/-en ergeben können, verantwortlich gemacht werden kann.
i.Wenn das Handelskonto des Kunden geschlossen oder ausgesetzt wird, kann PU Prime nach eigenem Ermessen den "Credit Bonus", der auf dem Konto des Kunden verbucht wurde, zusammen mit allen Gewinnen, die mit dem "Credit Bonus" erzielt wurden, streichen.
j.PU Prime haftet nicht für Kosten, Ausgaben oder Schäden, die als Folge der Rücksetzung oder Anpassung des Kundenkontos durch PU Prime im Sinne dieser Geschäftsbedingungen entstehen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Verluste, die auf automatisch geschlossene offene Positionen zurückzuführen sind.

2.Die Teilnahme an der Aktion ist ausschließlich für Kunden möglich.

3.Internal transfers are not allowed between the trading accounts that have redeemed the “Japan Promotion Package”.

4.The “Japan Promotion Package” applies to eligible clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and granted credit bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

*Any withdrawal of capital will result in the proportional removal of your credit bonus. Transferring funds between your MT4 trading accounts is also considered as withdrawal.

*Solange der Kunde einen Abhebungsantrag stellt, wird der Kreditbonus gemäß der Systemlogik abgezogen, unabhängig davon, ob die Abhebung erfolgreich ist oder nicht.

5.Der Kreditbonus kann nicht (i) auf eine andere Person übertragen werden; (ii) auf ein anderes Konto des berechtigten Kunden übertragen werden; oder (iii) gegen andere Finanzdienstleistungen oder Leistungen von PU Prime eingetauscht werden.

6.Wenn das Eigenkapital des Kundenkontos geringer ist als das Handelsguthaben auf Ihrem Konto, kann das verbleibende Guthaben nach unserem Ermessen abgezogen werden, was wiederum einen Stop-out aller offenen Positionen auf Ihrem Konto erzwingen kann.

7.Die PU Prime behält sich das Recht vor, nach eigenem Ermessen:

a.to decline registration of any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”; and
b.disqualify any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

8.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this “Japan Promotion Package” to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

9.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “Japan Promotion Package” or any aspect of it at any time without having to compensate anyone for that. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients. Please note that taking part in the “Japan Promotion Package” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

10.Jedes Anzeichen oder jeder Verdacht, nach dem alleinigen Ermessen von PU Prime, auf irgendeine Form von Arbitrage (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf risikofreie Gewinne), Missbrauch (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Handelsaktivitätsmuster des Teilnehmers, die darauf hindeuten, dass der Teilnehmer ausschließlich darauf abzielt, finanziell von dem Kreditbonus zu profitieren, ohne wirklich am Handel an den Märkten interessiert zu sein und/oder Marktrisiken einzugehen), Betrug, Manipulation, Cash-Back-Arbitrage im Zusammenhang mit einem Kreditbonus oder jede andere Form von betrügerischen oder arglistigen Handlungen führen zur Annullierung aller zuvor gutgeschriebenen Kreditboni der realen Handelskonten des berechtigten Kunden bei PU Prime und/oder aller durchgeführten Transaktionen und/oder Gewinne oder Verluste, die damit erzielt wurden. Unter diesen Umständen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, nach eigenem Ermessen alle realen Handelskonten der berechtigten Kunden bei PU Prime (entweder vorübergehend oder dauerhaft) zu schließen/auszusetzen, alle Aufträge zu stornieren und alle Gewinne dieser Teilnehmer zu annullieren. Unter diesen Umständen haftet PU Prime nicht für die Folgen der Stornierung des Kreditbonus, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Schließung von Aufträgen durch Stop Out.

11.Wenn ein Handelskonto ruhend wird, werden alle zuvor gewährten Bonusgutschriften sofort von dem jeweiligen Realkonto des berechtigten Kunden bei PU Prime abgezogen.

12.Taking part in the “Japan Promotion Package” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on the PU Prime’s website.

13.The “Japan Promotion Package” is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “Japan Promotion Package” is mentioned to be a part of.

14.Im Falle eines Verdachts auf Lock-up- oder Hedging-Positionen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, die Ausgabe von Prämien zu verweigern oder die ausgeschütteten Prämien zurückzufordern.

15.If these terms and conditions of the “Japan Promotion Package” are translated into a language other than English, the English version is superior in the case of an incompatible interpretation.
