One World, One Stage – Olympic 2024 – PU Prime

1.Vorbehaltlich und unbeschadet aller anderen Geschäftsbedingungen steht das Angebot Kunden von PU Prime zur Verfügung, die die Zulassungskriterien für das Angebot erfüllt haben ("zugelassene Kunden"), wie in den folgenden Abschnitten dargelegt.

2.The “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” to any Client(s) from any country/region, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). You cannot participate in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” if you are a minor.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024”, including, without limitation.

a.Familienmitglieder wie Brüder, Schwestern, Ehegatten, Vorfahren, Nachkommen in gerader Linie und Nachkommen in Seitenlinie;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

1.The “One World, One Stage—Olympic 2024” promotion consists of various in-app activities to engage PU Prime App users. Reward (s) such as cash, Trade Loss Voucher(s), and credit bonus voucher(s) will be awarded to clients who have participated in the in-app activities and met the specific criteria.

2.Promotion period: 19 July 2024 - 25 August 2024 (system time)

*During the warm-up match, only limited in-app activities are open.

3.All countries open for registration, except for Vietnam, India, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Pakistan, Egypt, Indonesia, Nigeria and/or other prohibited jurisdictions as per the discretion of the Company.

4.Eligible clients: existing and new Clients of PU Prime APP.

b)To unlock the Rewards Palette and make it available for clicking, the client must deposit at least $100 USD and trade a minimum of 2 standard lots of Forex, Gold, Silver, Crude Oil spot, Crude Oil Future, or BTCUSD.
- *A trade is defined as opening and closing an order.
- *Only deposits and trading volumes of eligible accounts are considered valid.
- *Orders must be open for more than 5 minutes.
c)Each click of the Rewards Palette costs 10 medals. Medals can be earned by completing In-App Activities 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
d)Rewards that can be obtained from the Rewards Palette are:
e)All vouchers (except for vouchers from Exclusive Sports Season Offer) received will be automatically redeemed. Redeemed vouchers can be found on the Coupon Management In-App page. Any unused vouchers will become unavailable upon expiration on 24 September 2024 (system time).

2.Nation's Glory - Predict the Top-Ranking Nation (Grand Champ)

a)Open time: 26 July 2024 - 4 August 2024 (system time)
b)Each participant is allowed to predict one Top-Ranking Nation (Grand Champ) and can change their selection one week before the last day of Olympic Medal Events, which is on 4 August 2024 (system time).
c)The Top-Ranking Nation (Grand Champ) announcement will take place within 48 working hours after 11 August 2024 (system time).
d)Participants who correctly predict the Top-Ranking Nation (Grand Champ) will be awarded 50 medals.

3.Medal Masters - Predict the Gold Medal Tally

a)Open time: 26 July 2024 - 4 August 2024 (system time)
b)Each participant is allowed to predict one Gold Medal Tally and can change their selection one week before the last day of Olympic Medal Events, which is on 4 August 2024 (system time)
c)The announcement of the Gold Medal Tally will take place within 48 working hours after 11 August 2024 (system time).
d)Participants who correctly predict the Gold Medal Tally will be awarded 50 medals.

4.Gold Chasers - Choose The Winning Team In 4 Different Sports

a)Open time: 26 July 2024 - 11 August 2024 (system time)
b)Clients have the opportunity to participate in predicting the outcomes in 4 different sports of 116 matches in total:

c)Guessing for each match will commence at least 24 working hours before the scheduled kick-off time of the match.
d)The outcome of the match will be updated by the company within 48 working hours after the match has ended.
e)In the event that the participant correctly anticipates the match outcome, the main page line-up UI will display an indicator of “Correct”. Conversely, if the prediction is inaccurate, the indicator will show “Wrong”.
f)Participants will be awarded 2 medals for each prediction and an additional 5 medals for each correct match result they predict.

5.Conqueror's Medal Quests - Daily & Weekly Mission

a)Open time: 19 July 2024 - 11 August 2024 (system time)
b)By completing the following daily tasks and weekly tasks, clients can receive the corresponding medals:
- *The “Open a trade” task does not require the position to be closed, but the trading products are limited to Forex, Gold, Silver, Crude Oil spot, Crude Oil futures, or BTCUSD only.
- *The deposit amount and trading volume made in daily tasks are counted towards the requirements to unlock the Rewards Palettel.
- *“X” means the number of daily tasks completed.
c)Daily tasks are refreshed at 00:00 (system time). Weekly tasks are refreshed every Monday at 00:00 (system time).

6.Olympic Share-A-Thon - Share, Tag & Win

a)Open time: 19 July 2024 - 11 August 2024 (system time)
b)On Instagram or Facebook, clients can participate in the lucky draw by sharing the promotion content (clients can access the Olympic Share-to-Thon by clicking the “Share” button to engage), tagging 3 friends, and mentioning the PU Prime official account (@puprime_official). By completing these actions, clients become eligible to win $50 cash.
c)During the event period, 2 winners will be randomly selected each week, with a total of 2 draws taking place. *Each announcement will be launched on 2 August 2024 (system time), 9 August 2024 (system time).
d)The draw will not be carried out if the number of participants is less than 20.

7.Road To The Podium - Be The Top 10

a)Open time: 26 July 2024 (system time) - 11 August 2024 (system time)
b)Participants will be ranked according to the medals received from In-App Activities 2, 3, 4, 5. The TOP 10 winners will receive additional cash. Refer to the table below for details on each accomplishment.

c)If two or more people obtained the same number of medals, the one who obtained the medals earlier will be ranked first.

2.Only a new deposit made during the specified period will be considered valid. A new deposit does not include funds transferred between accounts under the same name (internal transfer), refer-a-friend bonuses, and cash adjustments.

*The deposits applicable to both apps and web-based deposits.

*PU Prime reserves the right to disqualify clients who make multiple deposits and withdrawals of the same funds to meet the Gross Deposit criteria for receiving the Trade Loss Voucher.

3.Eligible clients will receive the Trade Loss Vouchers before the 10th of the following month.

*Trade Loss Vouchers from Exclusive Sports Season Offer are valid for 30 days.

1.Cash

a).All cash rewards will be added to clients’ balances before 25 August 2024 (system time).
b).If cash rewards winners did not complete Rewards Palette unlocking conditions (stated in “In-App Activities Explanation” 1.b),the cash rewards will not be credited into the client's balance.

2.Credit Bonus:

a).Any unused credit bonus vouchers will become unavailable upon expiration on 24 September 2024 (system time).
b).All credit bonuses will expire on 24 September 2024 (system time).When the credit bonus expires, PU Prime will reset any remaining trading credits redeemed as part of this promotion to zero. This action will be undertaken without additional notification to the clients. Furthermore, it's important to acknowledge that the Company will not be held liable for any closed positions, trades resulting in losses, loss of profits, accrued profits, or any potential consequences that may affect the trading account(s).
c).Credit bonus will be credited to the client’s account within 24 working hours after redeeming the voucher. If the client’s account is not denominated in USD, we will convert the credit amount using the following method:

d).Clients are unable to withdraw the credited amount as trading credit. However, the client's account balance will reflect any profits or losses incurred while trading using the credit amount.
e).Clients have the flexibility to withdraw any profits they generate from the trading credit at their convenience. However, it's important to note that withdrawing capital will lead to the proportional deduction of their credit bonus. Transferring funds between trading accounts is also considered a withdrawal action. If a client submits a withdrawal application, regardless of whether the withdrawal is ultimately successful or not, the credit bonus will be deducted based on the system's logic.
f).All credit bonuses issued as part of this campaign are subject to their respective withdrawal criteria and usage requirements. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, either in part or in full. Additionally, they are valid for a single transaction only.

3.Trade Loss Voucher:

a).Any unused Trade Loss Voucher(s) will become unavailable upon expiration on 24 September 2024 (system time).

c).Der verrechnete Handelsverlustbetrag der ausgewählten Order wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Verwendung des Trade-Loss Vouchers unter "Balance" angezeigt.
d).Der Trade-Loss-Gutschein kann nur für Geschäfte verwendet werden, die nach der Einlösung des Gutscheins geschlossen werden, und für jeden Auftrag kann nur ein Trade-Loss-Gutschein verwendet werden.
e).Only orders executed within the past 30 days are eligible for voucher redemption. Each order can only use a single Trade Loss Voucher. Trade Loss Voucher(s) cannot be used on Swaps and Spreads.
f).When the client is in a state of liquidation with a zero balance, they are not allowed to use previously acquired but unused Trade Loss Voucher(s). PU Prime reserves the right to withdraw these Trade Loss Voucher(s).
g).Bei dieser Aktion beträgt die maximale Abschreibung von Handelsverlusten 5 Einheiten der Basiswährung des Kontos, z. B. 5 USD, 5 EUR, 500 JPY. Für Hongkong-Dollar (HKD) verwenden wir einen Multiplikator von 7, für japanische Yen (JPY) einen Multiplikator von 100.

1.The match schedules for the One World, One Stage—Olympic 2024 displayed within the PU Prime App are subject to change by the organizer without any prior notice.

2.PU Prime is not associated in any way with the Olympic 2024 organisers, sponsors, associations, or representing any of the teams for Olympic 2024.

3.All rewards issued through this “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” promotion are decided by PU Prime at its sole discretion.

Darüber hinaus behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, Abonnements für die Aktion oder Teilnehmer in jeder Phase der Aktion zu disqualifizieren, abzulehnen oder abzulehnen, ohne vorherige Ankündigung oder Haftung gegenüber einer Person.

5.Die Teilnahme an der Aktion ist ausschließlich für Kunden möglich.

8.Mit der Eröffnung eines neuen Kontos und/oder der Teilnahme an dieser Werbeaktion bestätigt der Kunde, dass er diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und die Kundenvereinbarung von PU Prime gelesen hat und damit einverstanden ist.

9.Only a new deposit during the promotion can apply for the credit bonus. A new deposit does not include the funds transfer between the accounts under the same name (internal transfer) and the fund transfer from the commission account, refer friends bonus, funds to make up the exchange difference, or cash adjustments.

10.Internal transfers are not allowed for the trading account that has redeemed the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024”.

11.The “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” applies to all clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and the granted bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

12.Credit bonuses cannot be (i) transferred to any other person; (ii) transferred to another account held by the Eligible Clients; or (iii) exchanged for other financial services or benefits provided by PU Prime.

13.PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024”; and disqualify any participant in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

14.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue offering this “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” to any of its clients without explaining the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

15.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” or any aspect of it at any time without compensating anyone for that. Clients will be given prior notice of such changes. Please note that taking part in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

16.Any indication or suspicion, in PU Prime’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the Credit Bonus without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a credit bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previous credit bonuses of the Eligible Client’s real trading accounts with PU Prime and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with PU Prime, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participants. In these circumstances, PU Prime shall not be liable for any consequences of the credit bonus cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

17.Wenn ein Handelskonto ruhend wird, werden alle zuvor gewährten Handelsboni sofort von dem jeweiligen Realkonto des berechtigten Kunden bei PU Prime abgezogen.

18.Taking part in the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on PU Prime’s website.

19.The “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” is available for a limited period only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024” is mentioned to be a part of.

20.Im Falle eines Verdachts auf Lock-up- oder Hedging-Positionen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, die Ausgabe von Prämien zu verweigern oder die ausgeschütteten Prämien zurückzufordern.

21.In the event that these terms and conditions of the "One World, One Stage - Olympic 2024" are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall take precedence in case of any conflicting interpretations.
