Allgemeine Bedingungen und Konditionen

1.Vorbehaltlich und unbeschadet aller anderen Geschäftsbedingungen steht das Angebot Kunden von PU Prime zur Verfügung, die die Zulassungskriterien für das Angebot erfüllt haben ("zugelassene Kunden"), wie in den folgenden Abschnitten dargelegt.

2.The “Cashback on Deposits” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Cashback on Deposits” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Cashback on Deposits”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Cashback on Deposits” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Cashback on Deposits”.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Cashback on Deposits” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Cashback on Deposits” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Cashback on Deposits”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Cashback on Deposits”, including, without limitation:

a.Familienmitglieder wie Brüder, Schwestern, Ehegatten, Vorfahren, Nachkommen in gerader Linie und Nachkommen in Seitenlinie;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Cashback on Deposits”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Cashback on Deposits”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Cashback on Deposits”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Cashback on Deposits” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

2.Settlement cycle: settlement of the previous month's data at the beginning of each month, cashback will be credited before the 10th of each month

3.This promotion is open exclusively to selected clients. Not open to the public.

4.Eligible Account Types: all account types except for PAMM and MAM *Eligible account types in MT4 / MT5 / MTS (Copy Trading) trading platforms are all applicable for this promotion.

5.Eligible clients who meet the minimum settlement amount requirements can get the cashback next month. If clients also meet the requirements of trading volume, they can get the extra VIP bonus.

7.Definition of settlement amount

a)During the promotion time, if client’s accumulated Withdrawal > accumulated Profit + accumulated cash rewards, will use Balance as settlement amount
b)During the promotion time, if client’s accumulated Withdrawal < accumulated Profit + accumulated cash rewards, will use Gross Deposit as settlement amount
*If a client applies for a negative balance reset, this promotion data will also be reset.
*If the settlement amount is less than 10,000 USD at the time of settlement, the client is not eligible to participate in this promotion.
*If Gross Deposit < Balance when accumulated Withdrawal > accumulated Profit + accumulated cash reward, will use Gross Deposit as settlement amount.

8.Deposits not including any internal transfer or cash adjustment, must be new deposits.

9.Eligible Trading volume:

a)Trading products: Forex, Gold, Silver, Crude Oil spot, Crude Oil Future, or BTCUSD.
b)Orders must be open for more than 5 minutes. Locked and hedged positions do not count as valid trades for this promotion.
c)A trade is defined as opening and closing an order.

10.Each month before 10th, clients must achieve the minimum settlement amount requirement to get the whole month interest. After 10th, if clients reach the minimum settlement amount requirement can only calculate the remaining days’ interest.

*Trading volume requirements only need to be completed in each month.

11.If any trading or withdrawal results in the client's balance less than minimum settlement amount requirement, the client must deposit back within 72hrs.

The following conditions apply to all offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise:

2.All PU Prime offers are only available in accordance with applicable law.

3.PU Prime offers are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their own trading strategies.

4.Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level.

5.New Accounts are subject to approval as per PU Prime’ account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with PU Prime.

6.PU Prime reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.

7.PU Prime reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its offers or promotions if:

a.Churning (opening and closing of Forex or CFDs transaction just for the benefit of earning a benefit);
b.the client is found to be in violation of its Client Agreement or has breached the promotions Terms and Conditions. In case such misconduct or the breach, PU Prime shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.

8.The Company has the right to withdraw without prior notice the Bonus or profit gained from it, if:

a.In case where breach of these Terms and Conditions occurs;
b.The Company has reasonable grounds to believe a misuse of the Bonus;
c.Client withdraws any amount of initial and/or any subsequent deposits without trading activity.

9.PU Prime may at any time make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on PU Prime website. You are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by your continued use of PU Prime website and services that you accept any such modified terms. PU Prime reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.

10.PU Prime will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this offer and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.

11.Im Falle eines Verdachts auf Lock-up- oder Hedging-Positionen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, die Ausgabe von Prämien zu verweigern oder die ausgeschütteten Prämien zurückzufordern.

12.If these Terms and Conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
