Allgemeine Bedingungen und Konditionen

1.Vorbehaltlich und unbeschadet aller anderen Geschäftsbedingungen steht das Angebot Kunden von PU Prime zur Verfügung, die die Zulassungskriterien für das Angebot erfüllt haben ("zugelassene Kunden"), wie in den folgenden Abschnitten dargelegt.

2.The “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” to any Client(s) from any country/region, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). You cannot participate in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” if you are a minor.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw”, including, without limitation:

a.Familienmitglieder wie Brüder, Schwestern, Ehegatten, Vorfahren, Nachkommen in gerader Linie und Nachkommen in Seitenlinie;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

*Eligible account types in MT4/MT5 trading platforms are all applicable for this promotion.
*Wenn ein teilnahmeberechtigter Teilnehmer mehrere teilnahmeberechtigte Konten hat, werden die Daten aller teilnahmeberechtigten Konten während der Aktion kombiniert und berechnet.

5.Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme:
All eligible clients must deposit fresh funds of at least $100 USD (or currency equivalent) und trade a minimum of 2 standard lots to be eligible for the draw.
*Trading products limited to Forex, Gold, Silver, Crude Oil spot, Crude Oil Future, BTCUSD only.
*A trade is defined as opening and closing an order, with each order being active for more than 5 [FIVE] minutes.
*Valid trades must be done via the eligible accounts.

6.Lucky Draw Belohnungen: 1 [ONE] lucky winner will receive an official AFA jersey signed by star players.

7.Winners will receive a notification email on 30 June 2025 and will be required to provide the necessary shipping details, and the jersey will be delivered by the end of 2025.
*If the winners do not reply to the email within 10 [TEN] business days, the reward will be forfeited. *PU Prime will bear the cost of purchasing goods, tax (included in the price), and the road tax and insurance.

1.All rewards issued through this “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” promotion are decided by PU Prime at its sole discretion.

2.Im Falle einer doppelten Einreichung, der Einreichung ungenauer oder gefälschter Informationen, des Verdachts auf Fehlverhalten, Betrug, Missbrauch oder Verletzung der Teilnahmebedingungen kann PU Prime nach eigenem Ermessen Belohnungen oder Werbeanreize stornieren, modifizieren oder rückgängig machen und jedem Teilnehmer die Teilnahmeberechtigung entziehen. Darüber hinaus behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, Abonnements für die Aktion oder Teilnehmer in jeder Phase der Aktion zu disqualifizieren, abzulehnen oder abzulehnen, ohne vorherige Ankündigung oder Haftung gegenüber einer Person.

3.Neue Einzahlungen umfassen nicht den Geldtransfer zwischen den Konten unter demselben Namen (interner Transfer) und den Geldtransfer vom Provisionskonto, den Empfehlungsbonus, den Geldbetrag zum Ausgleich der Umtauschdifferenz oder Bargeldanpassungen.

4.Gesperrte und abgesicherte Positionen zählen nicht als gültige Geschäfte für diese Aktion.

5.Diese Aktion gilt sowohl für neue als auch für bestehende PU Prime-Kunden. Durch die Teilnahme an dieser Aktion bestätigen die Kunden, dass sie diese Bedingungen und die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von PU Prime gelesen haben und damit einverstanden sind.

6.Mit der Eröffnung eines neuen Kontos und/oder der Teilnahme an dieser Werbeaktion bestätigt der Kunde, dass er diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und die Kundenvereinbarung von PU Prime gelesen hat und damit einverstanden ist.

7.The “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” applies to all clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and the granted bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

8.PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw”; and disqualify any participant in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

9.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue offering this “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” to any of its clients without explaining the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

10.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” or any aspect of it at any time without compensating anyone for that. Clients will be given prior notice of such changes. Please note that taking part in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

11.Jedes Anzeichen oder jeder Verdacht, im alleinigen Ermessen von PU Prime, auf irgendeine Form von Arbitrage (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf risikofreies Profitieren), Missbrauch (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Handelsaktivitätsmuster des Teilnehmers, die darauf hindeuten, dass der Teilnehmer nur darauf abzielt, finanziell zu profitieren, ohne wirklich am Handel auf den Märkten und/oder am Eingehen von Marktrisiken interessiert zu sein), Betrug, Manipulation oder jede andere Form von betrügerischen oder betrügerischen Aktivitäten, macht alle durchgeführten Transaktionen und/oder die damit erzielten Gewinne oder Verluste zunichte. Unter diesen Umständen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, nach eigenem Ermessen (entweder vorübergehend oder dauerhaft) alle realen Handelskonten dieser berechtigten Kunden bei PU Prime zu schließen/auszusetzen, alle Aufträge zu stornieren und alle Gewinne dieser Teilnehmer zu annullieren. Unter diesen Umständen haftet PU Prime nicht für die Folgen der Stornierung der Aktion, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Schließung von Aufträgen durch Stop Out.

12.If a trading account becomes Dormant all previously awarded reward(s) will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Client real account with PU Prime.

13.Taking part in the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on PU Prime’s website.

14.The “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” is available for a limited period only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw” is mentioned to be a part of.

15.Im Falle eines Verdachts auf Lock-up- oder Hedging-Positionen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, die Ausgabe von Prämien zu verweigern oder die ausgeschütteten Prämien zurückzufordern.

16.In the event that these terms and conditions of the "PU Prime x AFA Celebration Draw" are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall take precedence in case of any conflicting interpretations.
