Allgemeine Bedingungen und Konditionen

1.Vorbehaltlich und unbeschadet aller anderen Geschäftsbedingungen steht das Angebot Kunden von PU Prime zur Verfügung, die die Zulassungskriterien für das Angebot erfüllt haben ("zugelassene Kunden"), wie in den folgenden Abschnitten dargelegt.

2.The “Refer a Friend” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Refer a Friend” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Refer a Friend”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Refer a Friend” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Refer a Friend”.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Refer a Friend” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Refer a Friend” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Refer a Friend”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Refer a Friend”, including, without limitation:

a.Familienmitglieder wie Brüder, Schwestern, Ehegatten, Vorfahren, Nachkommen in gerader Linie und Nachkommen in Seitenlinie;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Refer a Friend”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Refer a Friend”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Refer a Friend”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Refer a Friend” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

2.This offer is available to all PU Prime’s Clients (excluding clients from Greater China region, India and Pakistan).

3.By participating in this promotion, both the client and the referrer (existing client) acknowledge they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5.Any client referred by the referrer to PU Prime under the “Refer a Friend”, must be a genuine new client that opens a new live account (meaning, not a “demo” account) via the relevant link provided by PU Prime to the referrer during the promotion period and satisfy the other criteria contained in these terms.

6.Eligible Account Types: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Prime Account, Islamic Prime Account, ECN Account.
*Eligible account types only in MT4 / MT5 trading platforms are applicable for this promotion.

7.If the referrer and referral are from Tier1 countries and meet the following conditions: The referrer and the referral are entitled to receive a reward in the amount of 150 USD and 100 USD (or equivalent).

a.The referrer lets his/her friends register a live account (meaning, not a “demo” account) with PU Prime via his/her referral link provided by PU Prime.
b.The referred client’s initial deposit is equal to or more than 500 USD (or equivalent) into his/her trading account within 1 month after his/her live trading account opened.
*Deposits made using cryptocurrency or e-wallet are not considered valid for this promotion.
c.The referred client completes 3 standard lots of FX, BTCUSD, Gold, Silver or Crude Oil products provided by PU Prime within 1 month after his/her live trading account opened.
*Positions need to be held for ＞30 minutes to be considered valid for the promotion.
d.This refer reward display within the client portal promotion page and be shown in the form of exchange coupon. After the referred client completes all the conditions, both parties can obtain the corresponding exchange coupon. By clicking the “Redeem”, the coupon amount will be transferred to the balance of the trading account automatically. The coupon shown at different stage:

8.If the referrer and referral are from Tier2 countries and meet the following conditions: The referrer and the referral are entitled to receive a reward in the amount of 100 USD and 50 USD (or equivalent).

a.The referrer lets his/her friends register a live account (meaning, not a “demo” account) with PU Prime via his/her referral link provided by PU Prime.
b.The referred client’s initial deposit is equal to or more than 500 USD (or equivalent) into his/her trading account within 1 month after his/her live trading account opened.

9.Country Tiers:

a. The refer reward is based on the country of the referral. For example: if the referrer is in the country of Tier1 and the referral is in the country of Tier2, then the refer reward is in accordance with the standard of Tier2 country.
b.The Referrer is entitled to successfully refer up to 5 (five) new clients. Additional referrals will be considered at the discretion of PU Prime.

10.Refer A Friend bonuses will be given 7 days after meeting the promotion requirements. The Risk department is fully authorized to halt participation at any time if any suspicious activities are detected.

The following conditions apply to all offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1.Referrer and referral shall always comply with the laws and regulations (including but not limited to data protection and anti-spamming rules) applicable to the referrer and referral or to the jurisdiction in which the referrer and referral has his/her residence.

2.The referrer and referral throughout his/her participation in this program undertakes the responsibility to act in good faith at all times and must not make any false or misleading representations or statements with respect to PU Prime and or the program and/or engage in any other practice which may affect adversely the image, credibility or the reputation of PU Prime.

3.The referrer and referral will indemnify PU Prime and keep PU Prime indemnified on demand in respect of all liabilities, costs, claims, demands and expenses of any nature whatsoever which PU Prime suffers or incurs as a direct or indirect result of any failure by the referrer and referral to perform any of the referrer and referral obligations under these terms.

4.PU Prime offers are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their own trading strategies.

5.Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level.

6.New accounts are subject to approval as per PU Prime’ account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with PU Prime.

7.PU Prime reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.

8.PU Prime reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the referrer and referral participation in this program and/or cancel or nullify the reward or profit gained without being liable for any consequences should the referrer and/or any referral commit and/or PU Prime suspects any fraud in the use of and/or abuse of this program and/or misuse of the reward and/or any attempt of collusion and/or manipulation and/or bad faith and/or acts which are not in the spirit of this program and/or arbitrage and/or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent trading and/or other activity and/or reach of the terms and/or the operative agreements and/or of PU Prime’s business terms.

9.PU Prime may at any time make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on PU Prime website. You are advised to revise these terms regularly, and by your continued use of PU Prime website and services that you accept any such modified terms. PU Prime reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.

10.PU Prime may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease or discontinue any of its promotions.

11.PU Prime will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this offer and which by law may not be excluded by these terms.

12.Im Falle eines Verdachts auf Lock-up- oder Hedging-Positionen behält sich PU Prime das Recht vor, die Ausgabe von Prämien zu verweigern oder die ausgeschütteten Prämien zurückzufordern.

13.If these Terms and Conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
